Return and Refund Policy

You can return the product within a maximum period of 10 days from the date of your receipt provided that the product is in its original condition.

Product return terms

Please note that the following conditions must be met to successfully process the product return request:

1- The product can be returned within 10 days only from the date of receipt.

2- The product must be in its original packaging with the attachments.

3- It must not have been used and it must be tightly closed.

How do I return the product?

2- We will send the return policy to you.

3- Print the return policy and re-pack the item in its original packaging and then hand it over to the shipping company's office.

4- When we receive the item, we will check its condition and then refund your money.

Who bears the return costs?

• If you receive a product other than the one you ordered, we will cover the shipping and return costs.
• If there is no error or defect in the product, but you no longer want it for some reason, we are happy to serve you by returning the product, but the store will not bear the shipping and return costs.

How do I get the money back?

• If the payment was made by credit card, the amount you paid will be returned to the card that was used. Please note that it may take a maximum of 10 business days for the value to appear in your bank account from the date we refunded the value.
• In the event the payment was made by transferring the amount to our bank accounts, we will contact you to provide us with the bank information to transfer the amount.
